How Our Credit Bundle System Works
SuperProductManagerAI offers one-time credit bundle purchases rather than recurring subscriptions:
Credits are valid for 3 months from purchase date and can be used for document analysis, strategic questions, content recommendations, and review improvements.
Cancellation Policy
Since these are one-time purchases (not subscriptions), you can request cancellation and refund immediately after purchase without any waiting period or complex procedures.
No Questions Asked
You can cancel your credit bundle purchase within 7 days for any reason.
Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are calculated based on actual credit usage:

Scenario: You purchased the Growing Team Bundle (₹4,999 for 5,000 credits)
Refund = (Unused Credits / Total Credits) x Purchase Amount
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Unused Credits: Full pro-rated refund for any unused credits
- Product Issues: If you experience technical problems or the product doesn't work as expected
- Incorrect Usage: If credits were deducted incorrectly due to system errors
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
Refund Processing
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunded to original payment method
- Confirmation: Email confirmation sent once refund is processed
Special Circumstances
Product Issues & Technical Problems
If you experience issues that prevent normal usage, we offer refunds even for partially used credits:
- System downtime affecting your work
- Incorrect analysis results due to technical errors
- Credits deducted without receiving expected output
- Integration problems with Google Docs or other platforms
Fair Usage
Our refund policy is designed for genuine concerns. We reserve the right to review refund requests that show patterns of misuse or abuse of the system.
